With a 4.8-star rating from 86 reviews, the shop has received positive feedback from many customers, while individual experiences can vary.

Customers describe a welcoming experience, with one reviewer saying staff helped them feel comfortable from the moment they arrived. Another customer chose an artist after discussing the tattoo they wanted, hearing a quote, and looking at the artist’s work. They started with a small piece and were happy with the result, then considered returning for more work. These accounts suggest that talking through your idea, reviewing an artist’s portfolio, and asking about pricing can help you decide whether the shop is a good fit for your design.

Walk-ins are mentioned in customer feedback, which may suit people with busy schedules or those who find it difficult to book far in advance. One customer said that the walk-in option made it possible to get a tattoo despite rarely having a day off work. Availability can change, so contact the shop to confirm whether an artist can take your design and what the current wait may be. While several reviewers describe positive interactions, one reported arriving on time for an appointment only to find that it had been forgotten. If you have a scheduled visit, confirming the appointment beforehand is a practical step.

The shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; it is closed Monday. Weekend hours may be useful for customers who cannot visit during the workweek.
