I went to them two times before and everything was great this time. I have been out of the hospital over 2 weeks and still have not heard from them. I called several times & was told different things each person w no calls back. Only after a nurse called did they call. Now I don’t need them. I can drive to pt or op. The only person there that is good is there social worker and she returns phone calls. I will Probably be having another surgery and I will find another agency that will help me when I need to help and will return phone calls and treat me with respect unlike Dfw Home Health

Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!! I wanted my husband discharged cause he is going to begin home health somewhere else. It took forever. No one ever called back. I called several times getting the run around about his discharge I needed to get for him so he could start his new home health. I once again call and talk to Kim, who so rudely tells me she spoke with me and he was discharged. She never called me. That's how they do people. Lie and total disrespect. Don't go here. It's hard to get any response or services. The therapists are very uncaring and disrespectful.

I very recently reached out to DFW home health in anticipation of services. While I am hoping the experience is five stars, I'm terribly disappointed with my introduction to the company. Brandi, who has answered on both occasions, is incredibly short and not helpful. She appears eager to get off the phone and went out of her way to give me as little information as possible. The MOMENT I began to ask specific questions she became suspicious and exhausted every avenue to try and get me to identify what agency I was with. When I pointed this out she stated she was trying to ensure she didn't give out sensitive client information. I explained that she had done just that for the previous 7 minutes. I TRULY hope we get outstanding service in terms of the care they send for the client. With their 3 star rating and my experience with Beth, I'm not so sure.

I can’t say enough great things about this home health company. From the moment we started services, the team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to my loved one’s well-being. The nurses were knowledgeable and attentive, always taking the time to explain things clearly and listen to our concerns. The physical therapist was excellent and helped make a real difference in recovery. Communication was prompt and respectful, and they consistently went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of skilled, dependable, and compassionate home health care.
