Had a wonderful dining experience here! We ordered the Big Plate Chicken with Hand-Pulled Noodles, Lamb Chops, and Lamb Pilaf, and every dish was delicious. The Big Plate Chicken was full of flavor, with tender chicken, soft potatoes, and fresh peppers in a rich, savory sauce. The hand-pulled noodles paired perfectly with the sauce and were chewy and satisfying. The lamb chops were incredibly tender, juicy, and had no strong gamey taste. They were easy to pull apart and tasted even better with the dipping sauce and cumin chili seasoning. The lamb pilaf was also excellent. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, the lamb was tender, and the carrots and raisins added a nice balance of sweetness. The pickled cucumbers were fresh and refreshing. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and efficient. Great value for the quality and quantity of food. If you’re looking for authentic Xinjiang cuisine, this place is definitely worth visiting. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend: Big Plate Chicken with Hand-Pulled Noodles, Lamb Chops, and Lamb Pilaf.

The chicken fried noodles were perfect, and the beef noodle soup were great too - next time I'll try the regular size noodz. The food came out immediately and the server was very kind. I liked the small touches by the door like hair ties and candy. Can't wait to go back!

Great spot for hearty Chinese noodles and snacks. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich broth with a nice chili oil kick, and the meat was tender. The flat noodles and lamb/rib dish were flavorful, and the pork hamburger was packed with juicy filling. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. Would definitely come back for a warm, satisfying meal.

Really amazing food here. In my opinion the best noodle shop that has opened here in this past year. Better spot than noodle dynasty and you don’t have to wait in the long lines. Overall really recommend this spot!
