We had an exceptional experience with DignityFirst. After calling multiple caretakers, DignityFirst stood out from the crowd. Claire was incredible taking care of our loved one during his hospice. She was amazing at reading his needs, and did a wonderful job guiding our family through a really tough process. We’re so grateful for her and would absolutely recommend DignityHealth to anyone else going through this.

7 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Toni with DignityFirst at which point Frank took care of my husband Al nightly for a couple years. The entire family was extremely pleased with their services. Currently I am employing DF once a week for miscellaneous appointments and am extremely satisfied with their services. The DignityFirst team was amazing during this painful time. Stephanie, Ellie, Ruth, and Julie helped us feel like we had an extra, trained, family member to care when we were away or asleep. The relief they provided, both in the confidence in knowing the hospice experience and in the "doing" (like helping adjust positions, sponge baths, tracking when meds were given, and all the ways they helped increase comfort), was incredible.

DignityFirst Health at Home was such an incredible support to my father-in-law over the course of a 2 month period of suffering multiple strokes. From the initial intake and coordination of services to helping us through his end of life care, Dignity, Toni and the entire team were professional, caring, supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic. Toni helped us navigate long-term health insurance, a placement in long-term skilled nursing and coordination with hospice services. Our family is so grateful to DignityFirst for their superb level of care for our loved one and we all highly recommend them. Toni, Bobby and the entire team at Dignity First are a blessing. They have helped us navigate the multitude of challenges of securing care for our parents with dementia. They not only provided excellent caregivers and designed an appropriate care plan for our parents, but also provided counsel on the complexities of, and decisions to be made about, Medicare, supplemental insurance, long-term care insurance, in-home care vs facility care etc. We had the pleasure of meeting several caregivers who were all excellent, but I'd like to shine a spotlight on Soumia for her kindness, patience and caregiving knowledge. She was able to become our mom's "favorite helper" in just a few short days, helping mom navigate her new apartment, stay on track with her PT, keep up with her hygiene and chores, use her new walker and stay mentally engaged with conversation and activities.
