Dillon's came highly recommended. Yesterday, while trying to park, the the Tensioner failed and ripped off the belts and I lost power steering making nearly impossible to turn the wheel. Tom and Rick and the entire team were just great. They called a wrecker to get my wife and I. The wrecker got to us very quickly. Then to top it off, Sonny drove us home from the shop. They replaced the tensioner, both belts, and idler pulley. Then they maked sure nothing else got effected and all the other pulleys are spinning. This happened at noon on Monday, April 13. This morning, Tuesday, April 14 at 7:15 a.m. my truck was fixed and for a very fair price. I can personally very highly recommend Dillon's Automotive. I asked and even wild changes are very fairly priced. I want to thank Yom, Rick, Sonny, and the entire team for the speedy and exceptional service. You earned a new customer for life and I will be recommending you to everyone I know. My sincere appreciation for your help. Sincerely, Scott

I took my car in to be serviced for the rear suspension. At the time of service the only issue was the rear suspension. When they gave me my car back, as I'm driving away I noticed the steering wheel was crooked. So I returned immediately. The service Manager stated they checked the front suspension and that the ball joint in the front was worn and needed to be replaced, and that he sent the estimate to my email. He stated it wasn't that bad and would need replacement down the road. I asked him why they touched the front end at all because that's not what I came in for and now my steering wheel is crooked. He stated he didn't know why the steering wheel was now crooked and that he'd pull it back in and have his mechanics straighten the wheel back to the correct position. By this time it was getting late and I headed home. On my way home the car began to jerk and become very unstable. I never had issues with the front of my car before I took it in to them. Now it very dangerous to drive. The wheels jerk unexpected and caused me to loose control of the car. I wanted to bring it back to Dillons but they were closed on Saturday. So I took it to looked at by someone else. We found that the stablizing bar on the driver side was completely broken off. Also, now my front end is making all kinds of noises on the right side. Noises that weren't there before I took the car to see these people. If they never touched the front end in the first place, we wouldn't be here. On Monday 7/20/26 I contacted Dillons Automotive and asked if the owner would contact me. The Owner contacted me on 7/23/26 at 10:48 a.m. He was very aggressive and I wasn't able to explain to him what the real issue was because he continuously interrupted me. I had to ask him to stop interrupting and allow me to tell him the issue. He stated that the front end had damage to the ball joint and it was noted in the report. I explained to him that the front end shouldn't have been touched, without my knowledge. He stated it was inspected and he wasn't going to fix the back and not inspect the front. They didn't have permission to touch the front at all. I asked him why was my steering wheel crooked when they gave me the car back. He said he didn't know, maybe it happened when they lifted the car off the ground. Steering wheels don't become crooked with the car being lifted off the ground. I believe this mechanic caused damage and the owner is covering for him. He said he trust his mechanic who has been working for him for almost 20 years. I told him more than one mechanic touched my car and he should view the videos. He implied he should've charged me for straightening out the steering wheel (free of charge was the words he used), after I came back to the shop immediately noticing the steering wheel was crooked. He then told me the stabilizing bar was just a pin, trying to gaslight me. The part that I replaced was called a stabilizing bar, not a pin and it can be dangerous to drive a car with it damaged. While "fixing the steering wheel" they returned the car to me with the stabilizing bar now broken. He then bragged about his lot being full and not needing to take anybodies money. I don't know what they did to my front end. I do know that after they looked at my car and repaired the rear suspension, it was returned to me with my steering wheel crooked, and when I turned around and took it back immediately, then my stabilizing bar was broken and the front end started making terrible sounds. My car shouldn't drive worse than what it did when I put it in for repairs. They show no accountability at all. Please see attached the broken stabilizing bar, not just a pin. Proof it is a stabilizing bar and not a pin, and proof of the repair.

0 stars!!! THEY BROKE THE STABILIZER ON MY FRONT DRIVERSIDE WHEEL! Now they’re closed on Saturday! NJ These people are not like their reviews! I went in for rear struts, they gave me back my car with the steering wheel crooked! I asked why my steering wheel was crooked JASON claimed it was because I needed a front end alignment. Something about a shoulder joint being worn. He came back with this after they took almost 4 hours to fix! I asked why they touched my front end, and he claimed they had to make sure they were fixing the right ones. I came and asked specifically for the rear! There was no need to touch the front at all! He said they only shook the wheel. I told him my steering wheel wasn’t crooked when I came in, and my alignment was fine. JASON said we can try to fix it but it won’t stay and I sent you an email with a quote for an alignment. They took my car back for another hour to straighten the steering wheel. Then I went back to see what was taking so long, one of his service people jumped in my car and drove off! When he came back, the wheel was straight but now the alignment is way loose and dangerous! I have children I transport in that car! Now it’s to dangerous to even drive! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They try to get extra money out of you. They loosen parts and charge you for more service, not needed. They are NOT trustworthy. Go at your own risk! Sad part was I was looking to be a long time customer. I was there with someone who witnessed the whole thing. How my car was driving before and after! So sad because they seem nice, but I guess you have to appear that way to suck people in.

Called this morning to get a quick rough estimate of tie rod ends. Tommy answered the phone and instantly wasn’t wanting to help me trying to push everything online. I recently had surgery and just was hoping for a quick simple phone call. …

I had a great experience with this car service company. I came in for an oil change and regular maintenance, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The staff was friendly, explained what was needed clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The service was done on time, and my car runs perfectly afterward. I really appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and overall customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car service.
