Dim Sumlicious is an Asian restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 5700 W Spring Mountain Rd Unit A, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., it offers a convenient daytime stop for diners looking for dim sum and familiar Chinese-style favorites. Customer feedback describes the setting as no-frills, with fresh, tasty dim sum and a straightforward dining experience. Its 3.9-star rating across 94 reviews reflects a range of opinions, so guests can expect a casual local restaurant rather than a polished, elaborate dining room.
Dim sum is a central reason people visit, and reviews mention steamed and baked sweet BBQ pork buns, coconut buns, sweet buns, and egg custard. One guest noted that the buns come in a generous three-per-order serving, while another praised the shrimp with green pepper as a standout. Salt-and-pepper shrimp is also mentioned favorably, and beef chow fun earned specific praise for its flavor. These dishes give first-time visitors a few concrete options to consider, though the menu has been described by some customers as small. Diners who enjoy sampling a handful of savory and sweet items may find that format appealing.
The restaurant may suit locals seeking a relaxed dim sum meal as well as visitors exploring Asian food in Las Vegas. Reviews highlight fresh food, good-sized portions, friendly service, and pricing that some customers found reasonable. The casual atmosphere is part of the appeal: this is a place to focus on a simple meal and the dishes themselves, not a formal occasion. Guests who prefer less-sweet flavors should know that one reviewer found some items sweeter than the dim sum they were used to, while other diners enjoyed the buns and desserts. Personal tastes and expectations can make a difference.
Customer comments also point to a few practical details worth keeping in mind. One review reported a packaging problem with takeout beef chow fun, including leaking sauce and heat-damaged packaging; that same diner still praised the dish's flavor. Another reviewer described the restaurant as cash-only, but payment policies can change, so it is sensible to confirm accepted payment methods before visiting. With daily hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Dim Sumlicious offers a daytime option for dim sum in west Las Vegas. Checking current details directly can help set expectations, especially if you are ordering to go or planning around a particular dish.

I would've scored 4⭐️ but the food was poorly packaged. They should've added some aluminum foil to protect the beef chowfun, which btw was really good! Instead they used styro, which was burned all the way and the sauce leaked (see photo)! I didn't want to waste the chowfun even though styro melted with it! Gross! The Chinese doughnut I bought from a different store was perfect for the fish porridge! Oh well! Next time I need to request better packaging! Parking was really bad! I had to park across the street in a Sunday!
The Dim Sum here came out fresh and tasty. It is a no frills, authentic experience. This is a great hidden gem for locals and visitors alike. Very highly recommended.
The food was excellent. Good sized portions. Great service and pricing. They offer 3 different sweets. Coconut buns, Sweet buns, and Egg custard. Loved all three. Three big buns per order. The best Shrimp and Green pepper I've ever had. We got sweet BBQ Pork buns. Both steamed and baked. Many other dishes. We had to take home over half of our yummy order. Going back soon.
We found that Dim Sumlicious had excellent reviews when we were looking for a Dim Sum restaurant to fix our dim sum addiction. We decided to have our Dim Sum breakfast there. I'm glad we made the right decision. We were there not long after …
Very small menu. The Salt and Pepper shrimp was excellent. Rest of Dim Sum was ok. My wife and I just thought everything was sweeter than most dim sum we have had. Needs some new window shades. Oh, and CASH ONLY. Not a fan. 2026 No beer, no BYOB. No iced tea. Downgrading. Not as good as before. Better options around. Not coming back.
