I have been using Joe for close to 20 years now for doing my taxes. I won’t use anybody else. He knows what he’s doing. The first time we went to him he got us over a $12,000 refund from mistakes other tax offices made. I will continue to go to Joe until he retires! Very good accountant

This place is horrible with poor customer service.one week ago I dropped off my Tax document and they told me to come back next week. So last Sunday at 12.44 p.m. I signed in and was told it would be a couple hours .So I decided to do an errand and then come back and when I came back I was told it would be another two hours. I decided to go get a bite to eat and asked if they could call me when they are ready but I received no call and return to the shop and was told I would still have to wait. In the meantime two customers walk in at separate times and both were signed in and assisted prior to me being waited on. I asked what’s going on and was told that..oh they were just asking questions which I find strange as they were back there for a long time. It was near 6 p.m by the time I decided I had wasted my day waiting for service I would not receive. It seems this is a very poor coordinated place that will cater to certain clients. I will not bother going there if I were you..

how do i report this place to the IRS, they conduct illegal and fraud business and apparently they still in business after many years. They hold my papers for months and. no answer back from them in anyway. And thr due date for tax filing was already past. people do not waste your time or energy here, dont get blinded my the money from tax refund, its gonna backfire one day because all they do is illegal business

Don’t waste your time here. Lack of customer service and care. Made an appointment and upon arrival we were told to wait, hours before being told our appointment given was simply an “estimated time”. Not only that but when I asked to receive back my papers that were dropped off days prior I was told that my profile wasn’t even needed or wanted by him. Excuse me? That is no way to run a good business. I would give it zero stars if it was possible.

After 7 or 8 he does taxes while he’s DRUNK. The receptionist gives not even close estimate time. We and others waited for hours. After waiting for 2 hours the receptionist told us to go home and come after 1 hour He told us my parents will get $1900 tax back and after he was drunk he said we owe $500 to IRS. So poor service and don’t recommend this guy.
