Sign in to reviewThis is a horrible travel company. Do Thanh, is an irresponsible owner (if you don't want to call him a "Liar"). He withdrew from my account thousand dollars and his tour got canceled. I tried to contact him to get my refund back. He kept putting me on hold, transferred me to different places, and finally did not answer the phone at all. Look, I am using my actual account to write a review not just like Him asking people or using fake account to rate 5stars. Stay away from this company, there are multiple better travel company out there. Stay away from Do Thanh, a dishonest person. Complete garbage of a company.
Stay away from this company. I booked a Europe tour for 2 people in Jan 2020. They took my money but the tour was canceled due to Covid. Then we asked for money back. Its almost 2 years. Do Thanh kept putting me on hold then now refused to answer my phone call. Nice/fast to take people money but refuse to refund when the tour was canceled.
I would give zero or negative if I could. Stay away from this company if you don't want to loose your money. Quickly taking people money but refuse to refund their money when the trip was canceled. There are many good and trusted companies for travelling, don't use this one. <>
We booked a tour months in advance and had to cancel due to family issues. Initially told us there’s a 100% money back guarantee. Once we attempted to cancel, they refused to answer or return any calls. Avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional, rude, and scammers.
This is a worst company and you should stay away from. Dont listen to what they tell you, thats all lie. They try to take your money but refuse to refund even thats their fault.
