Terrible experience. Would never go to such a condescending, uncaring, disrespectful, and dismissive doctor like her again. The treatment you get as a patient is terrible and she won't truly treat you because she won't even listen to you and is so unorganized and inconsiderate that she won't refer you to other establishments if you ask - she will ask you to do it yourself. And she also can't even prescribe you correctly or at all - she didn't even write my prescription right and it turns out after days of me waiting at the pharmacy they said there was no prescription at all. Such a frustrating experience as a patient and I genuinely would NEVER recommend my loved ones or anyone going to this doctor.

The most rude, disrespectful mansplaining doctor I have ever come across! I know some of these reviews are fake because she is not a highly praised doctor. Thinks she knows everything and is very dismissive towards me as a patient when I am telling her my symptoms and how I feel. So incredibly rude and disrespectful and I would not recommend having her as a doctor unless you want to feel uncomfortable, dismissed, invalidated, mansplained to, and disrespected. Absolutely careless and unorganized establishment. Made a mistake choosing her as a doctor.

Not a good doctor, she thinks she knows everything but doesn’t keep up with the times and new studies, very condescending and doesn’t care about you

This physician and her staffs show no humanity to their patient. My mom is having a blurry and painful eye, which needs to be referred to an ophthalmologist. However, instead of giving my mom a general referral, they indicated an ophthalmologist who they have connections with, but her soonest appointment is next year! When my mom returned to Dr. Do’s office to request another electronic referral to another ophthalmologist who has available appointment next month, the front staff/MA showed annoyed. When my mom begged her to help, they said the referral will be sent in the next 2 days. Why was the first referral sent immediately and the requested letter needs 2 days??? It’s been 3 days and no referral letter has come yet. Without her referral, my mom cannot make an appointment with an ophthalmologist. This doctor failed to refer her patient whose condition is out of her scope of practice. My family will continue to escalate this issue to the Medical board of California. Hopefully they’ll have to explain for their delay in helping their patient approach appropriate care.

The doctor was very attentive with my mother and was able to address her issues. She has been a lot better. Great doctor and the staffs are sweet and caring.
