I rarely write reviews, but this business truly deserves one!I’m a very picky beef meatball eater. Every time I visit a Vietnamese restaurant, I order the beef meatballs. Over the years, I’ve tried them at so many places. There was one restaurant that made the best beef meatballs I’d ever had, but unfortunately they went out of business. 😞 Since then, I haven’t been able to find another place that serves the same quality. This time I decided to give this place a try and ordered the beef meatballs along with a few other items. The package arrived so fast—I was honestly impressed! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Their communication was excellent too. They sent text updates with tracking information and kept me informed every step of the way. ❤️👍🏻I’m a RN and had just finished a long shift at work, so the first thing I tried when I got home was the beef meatballs.WOW!! I FINALLY FOUND MY FAVORITE BEEF MEATBALLS AGAIN!! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 They were exactly what I’d been searching for all these years!I haven’t had a chance to try the other items yet because I was exhausted after work, but they all look delicious, and I really appreciate the clear cooking instructions included with each package. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making such high-quality food. Keep up the great work! You have definitely gained a loyal customer. I think I’ve finally found my favorite place to order Vietnamese food—even though I live in California and you’re all the way in Texas! ❤️

I ordered pretty much everything from the menu accept "cha oc", I am allergy to "oc" :) First time ordered referred from my daughter. So impressed with the professionalism in taking orders and responses when my package can't ship overnight, because we had wiIdfire in LA last week so I have to wait a little longer. Hung from the company texted me for the delay shipping information, apology and checking in until the package finally delivered. Can't complain anything about the package, food still frozen and high quality . 10 points for this. I had "bo la lot, mam nem and gio bi" for dinner last night, the food was so delicious. Unbelievable with the "mam nem" I like sweet states so I put a little sugar in it, voila...yummy, 10 points for this. I had "banh bao" for breakfast this morning, I ate 2, can't stop with one cause your know SO DELICIOUS :). Will try other later tonight. Another 10 for these. Prices are so reasonable. Definitely, will order many more from now on.

I have not visited the shop yet but placed orders many times with Doan Cha Oc and LOVE the quality of their products. Very tasty. Delivered on time. Top notch customer service. Their shop is on my list to visit when i m in TX ❤️

We ordered chả ốc online with overnight shipping. Order was professionally packed and still frozen when arrived. Delicious chả ốc. Our favorite: bánh mì chả ốc với patê gang. One thing I would love to have Đoàn Chả Ốc to change is to not use plastic wrap outside the banana leaves. Perhaps, use aluminum foils?? That would be a big plus to make the change or have that option.
