This clinic left me with mixed feelings. The younger dentists I saw were actually really nice, and the assistants were polite and friendly too. So no complaints there. But what bothered me was how rushed and pushy some of the process felt. After I made an appointment, they would often call to change it, sometimes to the very next day. It felt inconvenient and a little unorganized. On top of that, before I was even done with the treatments my insurance covered, they were already urging me to book expensive procedures I’d have to pay for myself. They even tried to push me into doing them the very next day, which felt overwhelming and stressful. Not everyone has money just lying around, and honestly, no one wants to see a dentist twice in the same week like it’s no big deal. It really gave me the impression that the focus was more on business than on patients. I wish they would give patients more time, space, and respect to decide what’s best for their health and finances.

I agree with a lot of the negative reviews. When I went in for a visit and the dentist told me that I needed a crown. The front office said that they will get a pre-authorization from the insurance company and that I will be two weeks. I waited two weeks and check with my insurance and no request was made. When I confronted the gal Marlene and asked why she didn't submit it, she said that if I don't like her service I can go find another dentist. She apparently doesn't like her job.

Not professional at all. They claimed my insurance for a deep cleaning, but what I received was nowhere close to that. The dentist spent barely 5 to 10 minutes lightly touching my teeth—definitely not a proper deep cleaning. It felt more like a quick, superficial polish. Very disappointing and dishonest. Be careful if you’re considering this place.

The dentists at this clinic are nice, and the service is okay. However, the latina front desk staff is TERRIBLE. Keep in mind that scheduling and handling files are managed by the front desk, and this clinic has the worst one. She makes things unnecessarily difficult, has a bad attitude, is very disrespectful, and has a rude personality. Read other comments about the staff, they’re probably talking about the same one I’m referring to. I decided to leave this clinic because of her. It all started when I needed a tooth filling (I forgot the name of the dentist, but she did an amazing job with the injection—I didn’t feel any pain at all). However, after the filling was done, the tooth became more sensitive. A few months later, it got very painful. I scheduled an appointment with them but despite explaining that I have a severe toothache and I couldn’t function properly at work, they refused to do the root canal, saying my appointment was only for cleaning and that I’d need to be referred elsewhere. While waiting for the referral appointment, I overheard the Latina front desk staff telling another client that they only do cleaning at the clinic. I was shocked because my filling had been done there! Eventually, the pain became unbearable, so I called the clinic (same day after my cleaning appointment) in tears because of the severe toothache. The Latina receptionist showed zero empathy and hung up on me, as if she didn’t care at all. She claimed, ‘I already sent your file to the referred clinic,’ but when we went to the referral clinic, they said they hadn’t received it. We had to go back to the original clinic, where she said she would send the file again. We didn’t leave until we got a copy of the email, and she finally sent it. When I first met her, she seemed nice, but her attitude worsened with each visit. Honestly, there are plenty of clinics that provide better service. Even if you have MediCal, you have other options. This clinic should be your last resort.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I paid about $450 for this procedure. I was supposed to get a crown but it ended up looking darker than the rest of my teeth. Not at any point I was given the opportunity to choose the color of my crown and during most of the procedure I was left with an assistant that was speaking Spanish to help me understand better. I asked her if I could pick a color for the crown but she said it was already picked and I couldn’t pick one. I came back to see if I could get a different color and the color looked extremely uneven, Doctor Vivian was extremely rude, raised her voice at me saying she would not help me and that the color was final. I had my daughter call to help me file a complain, they would place the call on hold every couple of minutes and the assistant said I should’ve brought my daughter to help translate instead when I was understanding what the assistant was saying perfectly fine. Later the doctor who she gave the phone said I was asked twice which color I wanted and when my daughter said I was certainly not, she claimed to have heard the assistant ask me when in reality she was not even in the room and does not speak Spanish to have understood what the assistant was talking. We asked for a number or name of a superior we could make a complain, they refused to give us one.
