I recently brought my Tesla Model Y to this shop for steering and suspension repairs, along with a tire rotation. The total cost for the repairs was over $4,200, so I expected the work to be completed thoroughly, professionally, and with attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of the service performed. After getting my vehicle back, I later discovered that the tires had never been rotated, despite that service being included in the visit. This immediately raised serious concerns for me because if something as simple and easy to verify as a tire rotation was overlooked or not completed, it makes me question whether the steering and suspension repairs were actually done correctly as well. Because of these concerns, I had no choice but to take my vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion and further inspection. After already spending such a significant amount of money, I should not have had to seek additional repairs, inspections, or reassurance elsewhere. When customers pay thousands of dollars for critical suspension and steering work, they deserve confidence that the repairs were performed properly and honestly the first time. Communication and trust are extremely important in the automotive repair industry, especially when safety-related components like steering and suspension are involved. I understand that mistakes can happen, but failing to complete requested services while charging premium prices is unacceptable. At a minimum, customers should receive transparency, accurate documentation of completed work, and confidence that the vehicle was properly serviced before being returned. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and costly. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience, and I strongly encourage anyone bringing their vehicle in for major repairs to carefully verify the work performed before leaving the shop.

We are so very impressed and pleased with the sincerity, professionalism, friendly services we received at Doral's Auto Repair. We took a used Toyota Rave4 in for a prepurchase inspection whereby we learned the actual horrid condition of the vehicle! As result of which we realized the vehicle was unsafe and was an accident just waiting to happen! To bring the vehicle into a safe and reliable condition it would cost $8,000.00! Sadly the used car dealership will continue to try and sell this vehicle to another innocent unsuspecting buyer... I highly recommend this very professional Auto Mechanic business to anyone in need of an honest, reliable and cost efficient auto mechanic for their needed repairs... God Bless them from saving us from buying an unsafe vehicle which not only would have cost us expensive unexpected auto repairs, but also saved us from very potentially getting in an accident by driving an unsafe vehicle... This was my first service on my new truck, and service was recommended on my brakes and transmission fluids in addition to the oil change. We did that and also, Gordon tracked down a replacement taillight ( my truck is a ‘24, so being newish was a little bit of a challenge) after it was broken in a parking lot. They were helpful and attentive to the details , will recommend them for all your needs. If your vehicle needs work, call ‘em!

Great service, friendly and professional staff. My Mercedes E 400 had a terrible noise in the rear passenger side, so I went to Doral ‘s auto repair, it took them less than an hour to fix it . The waiting area is clean , spacious offering snacks, coffee, TV as entertainment while waiting for the vehicle. Very professional , I would recommend it to all Mercedes Benz owners. The service is excellent.

I brought in my Toyota Camry to have the air conditioning checked. It was done in the time they promised and at the cost I was quoted. I took it to the Toyota dealer and they did not find anything wrong with the air conditioning. It clearly was not working properly. I would recommend Doral’s for the work they did for me.
