Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen

For more than five years, my son and I have been visiting Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen's Eye Clinic. Her level of patient care is truly exceptional. She demonstrates remarkable patience, especially with my 31-year-old son who has Autism, ensuring he receives the most suitable evaluation and treatment. She consistently creates a stress-free experience. Each visit is thorough and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen takes the time to clarify the results of the digital retinal imaging in an easily comprehensive manner, making sure I am well informed about my long-term eye health. The office is always well-organized and efficient, and the support staff is just as helpful and friendly.

Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen is an incredibly intelligent eye doctor. She took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes in a way I could understand. I appreciate how Dr. Nguyen was invested in solutions to provide eye care to myself. I send all my best to Dr. Nguyen and her kind employees! I would recommend this doctor to everyone!

Can't say enough good things about the Doc and the staff as well. They make you feel extremely comfortable. They're busy but there was almost no waiting. All the newest tech. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for an eye doctor in this area, this is the practice your looking for.

2nd visit and it has been an incredibly stressful experience. The first time I went I had a terrible experience with one of the doctors. Then Dr Bao called and took care of all my concerns. This time, when I called they answered “hello” I was unsure where I was calling since that is how they answered and I asked “is this a doctor’s office” and they just answered “yes”-that should have been my clue. I had a good visit and when I was leaving they gave me one prescription and I asked if that covered both glasses since I also need computer glasses and they said yes. I go to Costco and they told me the prescription is written wrong. Then I called and told them I needed two prescriptions and that the one they gave me is written wrong. They said they would email me both prescriptions and never did. I called after two days and they said something was wrong with my email and nothing is wrong with it, I get emails every day and I asked why they didn’t contact me to let me know they could not send it, he said maybe the person who answered didn’t know-he sounded like the same person who answered both times. They finally text me the prescription-as in one-and told me that should have all the information to get both glasses. Now I just started wearing glasses so I believe and I go to Costco again and they told me the prescription is only for computer glasses. The office is closed and two trips have been wasted as if my time is not valuable and I have nothing to do. This office is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend them. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I would not recommend this other Dr . that is working at this office with Dr Bao Tran I’m not sure what’s her name. She does not let you talk and won’t listen to your concerns. Unfortunately I did not get to see Dr Bao Tran that day because she is off . I Came back because I was getting a headache. All I needed is maybe a new prescription but this other Dr. have no manners she keeps talking negative, about I should probably be taking meds for diabetes because I have cataracts. I was so shock about her telling me that I have cataracts. I am an active person. I get regular check ups and I work out and run. I did not say that I work in the medical field, I just kept quiet and listen to her ridicule . She Even blaming me for not getting lasik surgery when I was on. My thirty, really ? If you ever come here please look for Dr Bao Tran she is exceptional. Wanted to clarify. I have no complaints with Dr Bao Tran she is a very good Dr. she listens to my concerns and humble. I was glad to come back and see Dr Bao Tran. Highly recommended.
