Sign in to reviewLove taking our family to Dr. Chavez. She and her staff are the best. Just brought my 6 year old son in to get his teeth cleaned and they were able to do such a great job. They are so patient with him (he moves a lot and has a hard time staying still). They made him feel comfortable through the whole process and he was so excited to see how nice his teeth looked after.
They have very welcoming staff. The operational structure is professional. I found the workplace to be clean and organized. In my opinion they use the most up-to-date dental equipment. The dental hygienist that handled the inspection and cleaning was very thorough. Both the Dental Hygienist & Dr. Chavez took the time to explain conditions and answer questions.
My only regret is that I didn’t find Dr. Chavez’s practice sooner! The space and environment is very inviting, and not sterile and scary like most dental offices. Not only that, as an anxious patient, Dr. Chavez and Irene were very considerate and mindful to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Of course, aside from good bedside manner it’s important to have a thorough and efficient team, and they were just that! Overall, if you’re looking for a great dental experience, I’m confident you’ll find it here.
Dental appointments can be stressful but this has been the best experience i have ever had. I have a chronic illness thats affects my oral health. Dr. Chavez was thorough and thoughtful. She explained everything and helped put together a plan for home care. And I felt like a priority to each individual team member I worked with. Such a wonderful group of women at this office
My whole family comes to Dr. Chavez- we couldn't be bigger fans. Her whole team is kind, thorough, and experienced, and Dr. Chavez leads by example. She usually calls to check in on us after a procedure, and handled a particularly complicated concern with my kid so gently, and with such TLC. She's a mom, too, and it shows. She has never been dismissive or judgmental about fears that can sometimes come up around this stuff. Also, her new offices are so nice and swanky! Big fans!
