Everyone does an exceptional job...even with senior patients like myself who have to stop to regain composure. The Dr., and staff are compassionate and take the time to discuss, calm down and begin again...I have never felt like they were in a rush. They make a visit to the Dentist to almost be 😉 enjoyable.

I would give this clinic a negative rating if that option were available. Unfortunately, our experience with their services has been consistently poor over the past two years. The biggest issue is their complete lack of respect for appointment timings. We always arrive at least 15–20 minutes early, yet appointments are not honored according to the scheduled time. Instead, patients appear to be attended to based on the order in which they arrive. Even walk-in patients may be seen before those with confirmed appointments. Overbooking also seems to be a frequent problem. Whenever we have raised this concern, the staff have simply dismissed it by saying they have no control over the process. Even the doctors on-site appear helpless in resolving the issue. Most recently, one of my family members had a 4:00 p.m. appointment and needed to leave for an important commitment at 5:00 p.m. He arrived at 3:40 p.m. but was not seen until 4:35 p.m. When we raised the concern, no one at the clinic showed any urgency or accountability. We were clearly told that everyone is attended to in the order they arrive, regardless of whether they are walk-ins or have scheduled appointments. My advice would be to look for another option if possible and visit this clinic only when nothing else works out. Based on our experience, there seems to be little benefit in booking an appointment, since appointment times are not respected. Go only if you have plenty of time to spare, otherwise you are likely to be highly disappointed by the service and lack of professionalism. Very unfortunate.
It was my toddler first dental appointment. The staff were so patient, welcoming and warming towards us. They were able to check his teeth and gave great advice for dental care and hygiene. My toddler left with a smile but not before giving the staff and Doctor a high five! It was a great experience for both of us. Thank you for the dental care!
