I’ve been to at least 20 different dentists over the years. This JP location is by far the best Dr. Dental location. The Staff is great! Understanding and communication is on point. The dentists are gentle and informative. I give them 5 Stars! Highly recommended!
This is a review of Dr. Jendal only. He did a good job of extracting my wisdom tooth. But he was brusque, impatient, and barely listened to my questions. When he was through, he just walked out of the room without a word. His assistant, I forget her name, was very nice, but I still felt like I was in a factory, and they were rushing everything. I am going to look for another oral surgeon. The rest of the staff of Dr. Dental are very nice and accommodating.
I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Dental. This has honestly been one of the worst dental office experiences I’ve encountered. After my father had a root canal done there, I had to repeatedly follow up just to make sure his records were sent to his regular dentist. I provided the correct email and spoke directly with a staff member named Jay, yet nothing was ever sent. I called multiple times on Friday and couldn’t get anyone to pick up. When I finally reached someone on Monday, I was told they had no record of sending anything at all. That level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for something as important as patient records and continuity of care. This situation alone has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s not the only issue I’ve had with this office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and would not bring my father or anyone else here again.

All of the staff were kind and friendly from Sandra, the front desk operator to Dani the dental assistant and Dr. Sebastian the dentist. He showed me the x-rays and explained clearly what work needs to be done. I'm grateful for their excellent service.
