Dr. Li has been our family dentist for over 10 years, and she is simply the best! From routine cleanings to fillings, crowns, and implants, she has taken amazing care of all of us. Dr. Li is highly professional, thorough, and truly experienced. She never rushes her work and always makes sure every procedure is quick, smooth, and completely pain-free. Horrible experience! Regretted taking my kid there for teeth extraction. My kid suffered apparent pain and cried loudly. I was concerned and wanted some clarifications, but the doctor took it personally to defend herself. I wish I had taken a video of what happened to share here and show the doc’s apparent inconsideration.
