DR EUROMASTER is an auto repair shop serving drivers in Austin, TX, from its location at 13501 US-183, Austin, TX 78750. For local vehicle owners looking for a shop that communicates clearly about repair needs, this business is a practical option for diagnostics, inspections, and ongoing maintenance. Customer feedback often points to a professional approach, with staff taking time to explain concerns and help drivers understand the condition of their vehicles.

Reviews describe thorough, top-to-bottom vehicle inspections and a repair process that aims to be transparent from the initial assessment onward. Customers have specifically mentioned receiving explanations of what is wrong, what may need attention immediately, and what can potentially be addressed later. That kind of prioritization can be helpful for Austin drivers who want to make informed decisions about vehicle repairs rather than feeling rushed into every recommendation at once.

DR EUROMASTER has experience working with European vehicles, including a customer-reported visit involving a 2017 Porsche Macan Turbo and air-conditioning diagnostics. Services referenced in customer experiences include A/C diagnostics, air-filter recommendations, inspections, and general mechanical repair. Individual repair estimates and outcomes can vary by vehicle and issue, so discussing the diagnosis, recommended work, and costs directly with the shop is a sensible step before authorizing service.

The atmosphere described by many customers is friendly, professional, and designed to make the repair visit feel less stressful. One reviewer noted that Spanish-language assistance was available, which may be useful for Spanish-speaking customers in the Austin area. Another appreciated the staff's knowledge, appropriate pricing, communication, and help planning repairs over time; a car wash was also mentioned as part of that customer's experience. As with any repair provider, customers with questions about findings or work performed can benefit from reviewing the estimate and service details with the team.

Located along US-183, DR EUROMASTER in Austin, Texas is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; it is closed Sunday. Regarding the merchant response: 1) The damaged bolt and missing fasteners are 100% happened at the shop. They opened the airbox, recommended replacing air filter, and did not note or inform me of the broken bolt at that time. 2) I have a receipt for the fasteners from a Mercedes dealership in Oct 24 (they were missing when I purchased the car, so I replaced them). Therefore, the fasteners are not rare or hard-to-get parts as claimed. Dealerships have them in stock. 3) I only found the broken bolt when I replaced the air filter myself and immediately contacted the shop. Lastly, they will not update your service record on CARFAX. Despite my confirming with the staff that they would and requesting that it be entered. ------------------------- Reported damaged part and missing fasteners after an oil change in Jan 2025. The owner, Joel said it will be taken care of. Remind him a couple times and never heard of him again.

After dealing with multiple bad experiences at other shops in the area, finding this place was a huge relief. They performed a complete top-down inspection on my car and were incredibly thorough, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was the level of detail they provided — they sent photos and informational videos explaining every repair and maintenance item my car needed. It made it easy to actually understand what was going on instead of just being handed a bill and hoping for the best. They never made me feel pressured, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. On top of that, they even cleaned my car before returning it, which was such a nice touch and showed how much pride they take in their work and customer service. It’s rare to find a shop that combines honesty, professionalism, and quality service this well. I finally feel like I found a mechanic I can genuinely trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable people who truly care about their customers and their vehicles.

I took my 2017 Porsche Macan Turbo to this shop because the A/C was no longer blowing cold air. I paid approximately $240 for an A/C diagnostic and was presented with an estimate exceeding $6,000 that included a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, seals, refrigerant, labor, and over $600 in "shop supplies." The only documented diagnostic finding I was given was that the system reportedly showed no leaks during testing. I was also told that the compressor was the root cause of the A/C issue and that replacement of multiple A/C components was required. After leaving the shop, I added refrigerant to the system and the A/C immediately began cooling normally. Given that outcome, I had serious concerns about the recommendation to replace major A/C system components. I contacted the shop multiple times over a three-week period requesting the actual diagnostic findings, pressure readings, an explanation for the recommended repairs, and clarification regarding the unusually high shop supply charges. Each time I was told someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. No technical explanation, pressure readings, or supporting diagnostic information were ever provided. In addition to the A/C estimate, I was also given recommendations for other future repairs and services that I had not requested. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend obtaining a second opinion before authorizing major repair work here.

Absolutely recommend this shop! They fixed my car quickly and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and great to work with. They also assist in Spanish, which was really helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future if I ever need anything again!

I highly recommend Dr Euromaster! A trustworthy repair shop! 🙌 They are knowledgeable and have mechanics who know what they’re doing. Their pricing was appropriate, and they communicated to me what the issue was. They even helped me prioritize what to get done now and next time. They washed my car and got my car back to me quickly. They text you the invoice and estimate so that you can review and authorize the work. This place is really a win. If you’re looking for a good, trustworthy repair shop for your import, give Marlon and the team at Dr Euroworks the opportunity to earn your business, too!
