Despite being out-of-network for my insurance, his fees are reasonable, making quality dental care accessible. What sets Dr. He apart is his commitment to doing what’s best for his patients, never pushing unnecessary treatments for profit. For example, when my root canal treatment failed and my endodontist said the tooth couldn’t be saved, Dr. He didn’t rush to extract it and place an implant. Instead, he recommended I seek a second opinion from another endodontist to explore all possible options. This thoughtful approach shows his integrity and dedication to patient care. I highly recommend Dr. He to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist.
Dr. Guobin He is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff well, and he can explain difficult concepts in pretty simple languages that you can understand without any medical or dental knowledge. Happy with all services from simple routine cleaning, deep cleaning, filling all the way to implantation and crown. Usually it is hard to find a capable dentist that can handle various dental issues, but here you can have most of the dental issues solved without being referred to other places and have your case ping-pong around. Highly recommend this dental clinic. Last but not least, Dr. Guobin He is VERY honest. The price is transparent and upfront. You will never be surprised by bills. Trustable dentist in town. Five star, highly recommend.
I’ve been really impressed with this dental office. The doctor is extremely responsive — whenever there's an urgent issue, they always try their best to fit me in on the same day. The front desk staff are also very helpful and professional. What I really appreciate is their honesty and transparency. They always recommend checking with insurance first to see what’s covered. If something isn’t covered, the doctor takes time to help weigh whether it’s worth paying out of pocket. Their cash prices are very reasonable, and I’ve never felt pressured to do unnecessary procedures or treatments.
Dr. Guobin He is a professional, nice and responsible dentist. I would leave 10 stars if this was option. I've been seeing him for a few years now! I've had a lot of different procedures done here, fillings, crowns, etc. They all are very good, quality work. Thank you. The office staff is always pleasant and efficient.
