I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pho’s for many years, and I’ve always appreciated the excellent care he provides. He genuinely takes the time to listen and has consistently been focused on helping me stay healthy. Recently, the practice began offering peptide therapy, and it’s been an absolute game changer. I honestly feel better than I have in years. The recommendations from the team—especially Megan—have been spot on. She has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I’ve had throughout the process. I went to Dr. Pho as a new patient, and my experience was very uncomfortable. As a young woman, it is already intimidating to book and attend appointments, so I expected a basic level of professionalism and respect. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of privacy. I was instructed to remove my clothes, yet Dr. Pho entered the room without knocking a total of five times. Each time I was not fully dressed and exposed. The first time he said “oh sorry,” but it continued to happen multiple times after that, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Multiple occasions nurses would apologize on behalf of Dr. Pho walking in unannounced. I was referred to this office through a family member, and when I shared who it was, Dr. Pho proceeded to read and discuss her medical history with me. This is a direct violation of HIPAA and patient confidentiality, which was extremely concerning. When I had questions, I felt more comfortable asking the nurses. However, when the nurse stepped out to relay my question, I overheard Dr. Pho say, “why is she waiting the last possible minute to ask me a question, we have a schedule to keep.” While I understand the importance of staying on schedule, I arrived 20 minutes early, which should have allowed enough time for checking in and being seen. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable. I will not be returning to Dr. Pho, and neither will my family member.

Dr Pho has been my PCP for over 3 years and I am very pleased with the thoroughness of his exams, treatment plans and referrals to other specialists. I highly recommend him and his medical and wellness offerings.

Dr Pho and his staff are the most professional and caring team I have ever worked with. All of my questions are answered each time I visit. Dr Hoan Pho is the best doctor I have ever had.
