Dr. Kris C. Kealey, MD

I am told she is my primary physician but I have never met her. I always see her assistants. There is a despicable shortage of doctors in this country (u.s.). It does NOT take 12 years to become a doctor in the EU and their care is NOT WORSE. We need to overhaul the system but the AMA will not have it! They want a monopoly and highest prices for care as possible.. Being a doctor makes you RICH here but only upper middle class in the EU. The AMA needs to be sued by the U.S. government; it is killing people who can not get timely care.

They never answer their phone and it’s extremely difficult to make an appointment with their office because when you leave a voicemail they either don’t return the call or the mailbox is full. They used to use MyChart but have since switched to a platform that’s also really hard to get in touch with the doctor through. I’ve only met with nurse practitioners and I’ve not met with my actual doctor in the past two years of seeing this office for my care.

After my parents' doctor retired, they were switched to this doctor. We were unable to make an appointment with her until they established care. Appointment made, 6 month wait. Now, a month before one of the appointmens, it gets canceled because apparently she has "admin" time on Mondays so appointment rescheduled to may 2025......literally more than one year to see this doctor because of a change made on tbekr end. Talk about zero compassion.

For several years now I've been seen by NP Therese Grenchik, a fabulous Nurse Practitioner at Drs. Office! At the practice, Originally, 6+ years ago, was able to get appointments w/ Dr. Kealey directly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kealey’s for years. She treats her patients well. However, I just called with concerns regarding some very painful symptoms, and the gentleman receptionist, after listening to me, literally just said to me ; “ Sooo, what to you want us to do about it.” I suggested maybe passing along the information to Dr. Kealey? I’m literally stunned.
