Sign in to reviewDr Mihn Nguyen is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, caring, very professional and personable. When you have to go see a doctor like for possible cancer diagnosis you definitely want someone with a good bedside manner. I am very grateful to have been referred to him and I’m very grateful for his knowledge and care. Life is not perfect, but having a doctor like him on my side is comforting
Dr. Nguyen is a very caring, professional, thorough and brilliant oncologist who has guided me through a myriad of cancer treatments he had designed for my specific needs. When I first met him he told me that we were in this together and that his plan was for me to complete the process of chemo, radiation and the required surgeries, and that when done, he’d send me back to my regular life. Listen, it’s not been easy or fun, but I have no complaints. God provided me the access to great doctors like Dr. Nguyen, and my hope and commitment have infrequently waivered. Without Dr. Nguyen and his outstanding staff who are always on the ball (shoutouts to Paige and Leslie), they have kept me somewhat sane, focused on the target and the end goal. While the goalpost has moved a couple of times, Dr. Nguyen just adjusts the plan and keeps me encouraged. I’m not back to my regular life yet, but I am getting closer. Bottomline, when I sometimes felt like giving up, he wouldn’t let me. You can’t ask more from a doctor.
I would give 0 stars and frankly partially my fault too. I should have left when the dr falsified records in 2015 after I told him to send to my friend who is a PA. When she asked about it, I told her it was false I had never called to get my ferritin levels, but on his report he sent to her he said I called and they advised me to do this. I only reported to medical board. Not sure if the board did anything. But in 2015 I had a bad case of strep and when I was starting to get on the mend from it I saw dr and had phlebotomy. I never called for results. More often than not I forgot and thought if it was bad ethically they would need to call me and inform me. They never did so my next appt 3 months later he informed me and that's when I told him to fax over to friend and that's when he falsified records saying I called for results(not the case), not sure why he would put that knowing my friend would ask me, told her I never called and they never called me. If I had called would have told him to fax those over to her right away not 3 months after the appt. I should have sough legal action then and changed drs. 5 years later I am changing drs. I didn't want the hassle of changing till I moved to Austin, but the incompetency of the office and them refusing the see me after my physician wrote a drs note saying cause of my severe asthma I cannot wear a mask I had to find a new dr who would honor the note, since it's the legal thing to do
After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes in the waiting room at the doctor, I finally got taken to a room where they took my vitals. Now I've been sitting here for over 20 minutes and still no doctor. This is only my second time seeing him...but he was super late last time too. 😒 I'm thinking I need to find new doctor!
I was a first time new patient My appointment was for 4.00pm After 45 minutes I walked out without seeing the doctor. Unless you are prepared to sit around for who knows how long I would not visit the doctor.
