Sign in to reviewI was seen at this office who did my yearly exams. I was told that they found abnormal cells and sent me for more testing. When we contacted them to have the medical records sent over we found that they had lost them. That was the word they used… Lost. They had no record at all of me ever having been there. This delayed treatment for sometime causing cancer to spread. After contacting them numerous times to receive my medical transcripts and being transferred to the person who is supposed to handle the department, it was still weeks before anyone could find anything. I am still having to deal with finding records from this office. Normal test resultsAnd doctors recommendations. These charts are supposed to be updated with any and all new information, and you are absolutely under no circumstance supposed to lose a patient’s records because it can cause them delayed medical care ultimately causing death. Good luck.
