Dr. Peter Nguyen

First of all, the front office people have always been polite and helpful. As far Dr Peter Nguyen, he is very professional and nice and has good bedside manner. He stays on top of me to get my health where it needs to be so that I can live a long life. I tend to not like going to the doctor in general but with him it's not so bad. I have never waited for more than 10 minutes for my appt either! I think ppl leave negative comments when they are not happy. I just happen to be a person to point out the positive points about him and the office. Get an appt with him and see for yourself!

I’m not recommending anyone go to this office This is not the first time we’re had an issue with them. They are never on time for their schedule appointment I have an appointment today 4:30 and arrived at 4:15 but waited until 5:15 and it still wasn’t my turn.when I asked receptionist she wasn’t even nice to me and said I can cancel if I can’t wait other office will be the same . Really ? Is that the way to speak to customer? I just want to give her feedback and clearly to explained that sometimes doctors spend more time with other patients but they need to be nice and listen to customers . She didn’t even to do that

I've been seeing Dr. Peter for a few years now. I mainly visit for regular checkups. He seems genuinely interested in my health. He always has recommendations for better health, but isn't forceful about minor concerns. He always takes the time to discuss my life and work, which I appreciate. The staff seems constantly busy, but they're courteous and professional enough. If you have an appointment during popular times, you may have to wait to see the doctor. This is probably because he spends so much time per patient. Also, some medical practices are highly transparent in how they will charge the patient or insurance. This office doesn't do that, so if you want to know what services they rendered and what they'll charge, you must ask.

My family and I used to have Peter Nguyen as our family doctor. My mom had a severe case of arthritis and was experiencing extreme pain in her hands. She went to get it checked by Peter MULTIPLE times, only to be told that it's old age and was prescribed TYLENOL and pain meds every single time. Her hands and bones fused and even became deformed and he still had the audacity to tell her it's OLD AGE. She never received treatment and was denied any scans/x-rays until we switched doctors after 2-3 years. This doctor 100% knew what it was and he does not care. He only works for the money. AVOID AT ALL COST. If your family member has cancer, he will probably rule it off as an infection instead.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over three years now and have had a great experience every time I visit his office. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and always inquires as to my health when I see him. He also knows my medical history and follows up on any outstanding issues I may have. He also has a great staff that is always friendly and professional and they go out of their way to make me feel at home and welcome when I come into the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!
