Olivia is absolutely amazing. She is always incredibly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and takes the time to truly listen. You never feel rushed or dismissed, and she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. It’s rare to find a physician who combines such expertise with compassion and kindness, but she does it effortlessly. My family and I trust her completely, and we are so grateful for the care she has provided over the past 2 years. We would follow her anywhere and are patients for life. If you’re looking for a physician who truly puts her patients first, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I’ve had a great experience with this office from start to finish. The office runs smoothly, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Tran alwsys takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which makes a huge difference. I especially want to recognize his PA Olivia Russell—she is fantastic! She’s incredibly easy to talk to, attentive, and makes you feel completely comfortable asking questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend this practice!!

Yesterday was my first appointment at the practice. When I arrived, I noticed that the receptionist appeared preoccupied with her phone and did not greet me. I initiated the interaction by saying hello and then signed in. During the check-in process, she never asked whether I was there for a scheduled appointment or as a walk-in patient, and there was very little acknowledgment or communication. After taking a seat, I was surprised when, a few minutes later, she called out across the lobby asking for my ID. As a first-time patient, I felt it would have been more professional to gather my information and verify my identification during the check-in process rather than calling attention to me in front of the entire waiting room. In contrast, Meredith, my provider, was excellent. I was very impressed by her professionalism, compassion, and work ethic. She seemed genuinely invested in helping me get my weight back on track and took the time to listen and provide encouragement. Her positive attitude completely changed the tone of my appointment and left me feeling optimistic about my health journey. I look forward to continuing to work with Meredith in the future.

I truly love Dr. Tran, but I have no idea who hires his front desk staff or the person that verifies the insurance. The non- medical staff lacks customer service. It appears this is just a job for them, the compassion and care patients need and deserve is obviously not a value they encompass. I have endured great concerns, even being over charged to the point I had a credit for too long. I do not want to leave my doctor, because I know he loves and cares for his patients, but this staff is making it very difficult. I hope they get it together and hire someone that can do the job effectively and with compassion.

Love the team with Dr. Van Tran been using them for 20 yrs. Love the atmosphere. Love the nurses. Just hate the hours and the difficulty of getting a hold of somebody like the nurse or the doctor that should be priority number one if you have questions or comments. And the them returning calls shouldn’t be that difficult either.
