I ordered several different petit fours for my child’s birthday party. It was a last second order, and Dragonfly came through in style. The petits fours arrived in great time and in perfect condition. They are delicately flavored and the cream filling has a lighter texture than a typical petit fours.
The petit fours are gorgeous and taste as good as they look… extra careful packaging and shipping insure your package arrives as lovely as the day they were placed in the box. Awesome customer service makes fir an A+ experience!
I very much do not enjoy leaving this review and hopefully it serves as a chance to improve but unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the Petit fours I purchased from dragonfly cakes. They tasted very dry, processed and stale unfortunately. I personally have had way better ones off the shelf that met market as well as most bakeries that don't specialize in this product. I would argue that I've had better tasting Petit fours from Costco but the quality was on track with something you would get from a big box store not a small local company. The customer service was fantastic! It's the only reason I'm getting three stars instead of one. I would potentially give them another shot but they definitely have a long way to go
I had custom petit fours made for my birthday and they were a huge hit!! So cute and delicious, we all loved them so much!!
Amazing cakes! My wife loves them, so I got a box for us to try. Will be ordering again. Can't go wrong, Delicious!
