Sign in to reviewIn my experience, this is the best place to go for your maintenance or ur modification. They’re flexible but it is not the cheapest place. I’m definitely going to them for everything. Best customer service!
I was very pleased. The customer area had a nice feel to it. Well thought out for the customer to relax in. Arun at the front desk was very informative. Told me exactly what needed to be done to my car and explained in detail what the technician would be doing. Arun gave me an accurate quote up front. The total cost of the service done was very reasonable. Because it was going to take a couple of hours, Arun provided me with a drop off and pick up service which I liked. He made sure I knew the drivers name and what model of car they would be driving. I plan on staying with Driven Auto Care for all my car service.
Arun and team were awesome! I inherited a 25 year old truck and looked for a local shop with top notch ratings to go over the vehicle…Driven Auto Care was it! They were upfront, transparent and were fair in their prices. I would definitely recommend them!
Brent was so responsive and made the experience go so smoothly. I contacted 3 other Off Road companies in the Bay Area and it was almost impossible to get a quote from them. Brent sent me everything in the time promised, had fair pricing and the truck turned out amazing!!
I am not the one to write reviews on a regular basis unless I come across some great / exceptional service. That is the case here. This is the second project I engage with them. I have a Toyota 4 runner that I needed to get a front after market bumper (Victory 4x4) installed with a Baja Design light bar (First project). I found Driven Auto Care in Fremont on the internet (Not easy to find a place that will do special projects) and gave them a shot. I was very happy with the result (done on time, within budget and most importantly, very well done). I then decided that I wanted some Baja Design lights in the rear (in the factory bumper). Tom, at Driven Auto Care did the project again yesterday to my complete satisfaction. If you are like me and like to modify your vehicle from factory (I know, it could be a disease 😊), this place will help you with you mods….
