Dulche- I like the play on the word Dulce which means Sweet in Spanish + Che. We stopped by this Che spot on a whim while driving by. The aesthetic is simple and clean. Service was super quick. The cup is cute - small and stubby. It looked as good as it tasted. The Che had a balance of sweetness, and that authentic flavor. The space itself is tidy and well cared for. The only thing I’d say is that the music was a bit loud. Message to the owner or manager - turn down the music like 1-2 levels for better ambiance.

What a sweet treat, DulChè is a delicious Vietnamese dessert we decided to try. Is a good size portion, perfect sweetness for us and everything we ordered was yummy. The picture is from the day after and it still looks good. The girls behind the counter were very nice and helpful. The place is a bit small so seating is limited.

Stopped by after dinner to try out their che. The Che Thai was excellent...right amount of sweetness with a variety of tapioca and fruits. Mango Pomelo however was disappointing...not a single mango to be found in the cup. Worth a return trip...Hopefully with better results next time

We ordered the coconut smash and Thai Che leaving us blissfully satisfied with a balanced sweet (just right, not powerful) treat at the end of the day. The barista was passionate about his mixology of various ingredients and lived up to his hype of his craft. We look forward to enjoying other yummy offerings in their menu.

Solid che place!! I actually normally frequent che hien khanh. Have tried other che places but only this place has me coming back for more! I've tried the house special and coconut smash and both have been solid and sooo yummy! Unique with good texture (crunch from peanuts) and creamy from the coconut milk as well as ice cream. Ice cream is not made in house and doesn't taste good on it's own but adds to the che.
