This past week I got a nose job done so washing my hair was difficult, but Tracy made the process easy and honestly quite relaxing. I’ve never seen my hair this straight before and I’m definitely coming back for my next wash day.
I visited your salon yesterday for a haircut and color service. Before starting, I clearly showed the stylist a reference photo of the look I wanted. The appointment took approximately 4.5 hours, which felt excessive given that I have very fine, short hair. After returning home, I noticed that none of my gray hair was covered. I also still see noticeable orange streaks from my previous color, even with the highlights that were done. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the time spent and the $199 I paid for the service (before tip). I called the salon the following morning to ask how this could be corrected. I was told to call back when the owner was available. When I spoke to the owner, I was told that I should have specifically stated that I wanted my gray hair covered, with the explanation that “some people like their gray hair not covered.” In all my years of getting my hair colored, I have never experienced this assumption, especially after providing a reference photo. Because I live far away, returning to the salon is not convenient. I was told that since I could not come back, there was nothing else the salon could do. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Given the cost, time spent, and lack of satisfactory results or resolution, I will not be returning to this salon. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients do not have a similar experience.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Only people I'll trust! Absolute slam dunk in the eyebrow threading department (men's brows need not be afraid either!) ☺ They will take the time to listen to you and hear ex ctly what you want to do, and if they can't for some reason they will let you know and refer you to a fellow stylist at their salon that can! Cuts, dyes, brows, waxing or threading, you name it they can nail it! 💅
Loan has been doing my hair for the past 6 years. Asian guy hair can be tricky to cut right, but she does it with ease and style. I always come out of there feeling like a million bucks. She is very accommodating, and prices are fair as well. Great experience for me every time. Highly recommended.
