I've been going to Dr. Nguyen since he'd taken over Dr. Ragee's practice. I've had two crowns done over the years. The first crown put on by Dr. Nguyen, hurt. He'd adjusted it to fit comfortably. My second, most recent crown was not adjusted properly, and because of that, I have been told that I need a root canal. The tooth is uncomfortable, but I am not in pain. This is the second root canal I was advised to get that is not necessary. Add to this, I was over-charged for the crown on 6/20, pre insurance. It is now 11/19. My insurance has paid their practice, and I have not received my refund. I've visited the office and called, as has my insurance. We have both gotten empty replies as well as promises for callbacks that were never returned. I'd felt comfortable at Dr. Nguyen's practice in the first few years. Over time, I feel this office has failed me.
My crown replacement was done so professionally and comfortably— like an afternoon at a spa!
