The couples massage experience here was absolutely amazing. The environment was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing from the moment we arrived. The hot stones were one of the best parts and helped melt away so much tension. You can really tell the therapists are highly trained because every movement felt intentional and professional. Left feeling completely refreshed and stress free.

Absolutely loved my visit to E&J Spa! The customer service was excellent, and the massage therapist really knew what they were doing. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders, and they worked it out perfectly. The pricing is fair, and the quality is outstanding. This is now my go-to spa in Dallas—highly recommended!

I booked a massage over the phone and confirmed a package price of $198. When I arrived, they had my reservation, but the front desk male attendant tried to charge $220 instead. I had to pull up their own website and show him the correct price before he adjusted it. On top of that, they added a $2 fee just for using a card. That whole check in process immediately took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. The massage itself was good, and the therapists clearly know what they are doing. However, the front desk experience continues to be a problem. After my session, when I went to sign the receipt, an older woman at the counter actually asked me to increase my tip. That is completely inappropriate. I told her directly that I could just as easily change the tip to zero. I left the tip as is, but that interaction sealed my decision not to return. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. On a previous visit, I booked a 90 minute massage and was called while already on the way that it had been canceled. Then shortly after, they called back and said they could only offer 60 minutes instead of the originally booked 90 minutes. The massage therapists do great work, but the front desk staff has now caused issues in two out of my three visits. Since I found the increased tip request highly inappropriate, along with the other experiences, I will not return again.

This place is a hidden gem. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Lisa did an outstanding job — strong pressure, smooth technique, and incredible attention to detail. You can tell there’s a lot of experience and skill behind the work. I also loved how the hot stones were incorporated throughout the session instead of just briefly added at the end.
