Customer feedback is limited and mixed, with a 3-star rating based on 2 reviews. One reviewer shared a positive pattern of returning every year to Lion Creek, describing the staff as “really nice and professional.” That kind of comment is important for a tax preparation service, where patience, clarity, and trust can make a stressful process feel more manageable. Another review raised concerns about a past location-related experience, which suggests that visitors should double-check the exact address, room location, and instructions before going. For local searchers in Oakland, CA, the current listed address is 885 69th Ave Ste 101.

As a community-facing tax site, EBALDC's VITA Tax Site at Lion Creek Crossings may appeal to people who value straightforward help, respectful service, and a neighborhood-based setting. It is not positioned as a luxury private tax office; it reads more like a practical resource for residents who want support during filing season. The atmosphere, based on the available positive review, appears to center on professionalism and helpful staff interaction, while the limited review history means new visitors should approach with realistic expectations and prepare carefully.

For anyone searching for a tax preparation service in Oakland, CA, EBALDC's VITA Tax Site at Lion Creek Crossings is worth considering if its schedule, location, and service model fit your needs. These people had two conference rooms rented out for themselves, at liberty street, Fremont, so they can get over on all the innocent people thinking they could get, "free," tax filing services. They were hidden in the EFGH building, but leading all their victims to the address of the ABCD building by false appointment texts. They were keeping their location of operations a secret, using an address close to it. They're a den of thieves working behind old laptops. They stole everyone's federal refund, and all who went, for their, "community tax service," only got to walk away with their California refund, and being a victim, to having their tax situations ruined, having to owe federal payments, and having became a victim to a fraudulent tax theft convention.
