Kimbra Brininstool is the realtor representing a house we have been leasing. This has been a terrible experience. She has spoken very negatively about the home (it is an older home that doesn’t boast the most up to date appliances etc. but has a lot of amazing things going for it) and made a statement about how she is doing it as a favor to the homeowner. My husband and I were given the impression she speaks to potential renters negatively about the house as well. When Kimbra was initially contracted to represent the home, she did not list it on any platforms. When I inquired about this, she stated that her office staff takes care of that end of things. I called the office and they told me that is incorrect and that Kimbra is the one who lists it across platforms. I had to call the office 2 or 3 times to get the house listed as Kimbra insisted that was not part of her job. Furthermore, our personal realtor highly suggested the home be listed on Zillow Premium as he also works with rental properties, When I discussed this with both our landlord and Kimbra, she stated that rental properties can’t be listed on Zillow Premium. I had my realtor send a step by step screen show of how to list rental properties on this platform and he even offered to hop on the phone with her. She essentially said he was lying and to this day I have no idea if it’s listed on Zillow Premium since we just discussed this again in October. The house has been on the market for going on almost 6 months. While this house is dated, there is NO way it should be sitting like this at the price it’s listed at and with the location. In addition, when we moved out of the house, Kimbra had personal items shipped to the location. My husband and I still periodically drive by to check on things as well as to maintain the yard as we are still paying for the lease so I can only assume she didn’t know we would be back and see it. This is completely unprofessional as it was NOT something for the house (you could tell by the logo) and quite frankly it’s just weird.

My realtor, Paula Clark, was amazing. She met and exceeded my expectations for a real estate agent. She was always on time, helped to take care of issues such as trash removal and hiring someone to fix a damaged fence. The sale was very quick and easy, and price of the house sold exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this agency and Paula Clark as your realtor as I am a very satisfied customer.

Diane Beeman was my realtor and she worked hard to get the house sold. I had solar panels on the house and people are afraid of using panels. They save a tremendous amount of money and should be welcomed. She held an open house every weekend until a buyer arrived. This took only 2 months and lots of devoted time. My former agent had the house for 7 months and had no bites. I feel Diane is an outstanding, caring and very professional realtor.

We used Shelly Seltzer to assist with selling our house many years ago. We had heard that she was a go-getter real estate agent, but that completely backfired on us. She allowed herself to be involved in a conflict of interest where she ended up representing us as the sellers and also the buyers of our home. The buyers were the more difficult party to deal with, and so she prioritized them. She knew that the sale of our home was a difficult and emotional sale for us and did not care. She lied to us and backstabbed us assuring us of certain things which did happen once the sale had gone through. Upon being confronted about these things, she simply said the sale has gone through and this is how it is. Upon listing our home, she came through with her partner for photos and took our belongings and shoved them in drawers and cabinets and then left after photos are done, and I couldn’t find anything. There was no warning that she was going to do any of that nor did she ask permission. She simply did it without asking. As stated above, the way she conducted herself representing both us, the sellers, and the buyers was completely unethical. She only had her interests and the buyers’ interests at heart to make the sale go through. I cannot stress enough that I would never use Shelly seltzer.
