EC's Auto Repair is an auto repair shop serving drivers in Fort Worth, Texas, from its location at 3815 Altamesa Blvd. For local vehicle owners looking for routine service or help understanding a mechanical concern, the shop is a weekday option with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. With a 4.6 rating from 133 reviews, EC's Auto Repair is a Fort Worth name many customers consider when they want practical automotive care and direct communication.
Customer feedback often points to the service experience as much as the repair itself. Reviews describe staff who keep customers informed during the process, explain findings clearly, and aim for transparent recommendations. That can be especially valuable when a vehicle issue feels uncertain or a repair estimate is difficult to evaluate. One customer with clutch-related concerns noted that the team inspected cables, fluid levels, and pedal response before recommending a replacement; the issue was resolved through an adjustment rather than a full replacement. A careful diagnosis can help drivers understand the work their vehicle actually needs.
EC's Auto Repair has been mentioned by customers for routine maintenance, including oil changes, as well as repairs involving drivability concerns and clutch systems. A Mercedes GLA owner reported a roughly 30-minute oil change, reasonable pricing, and a waiting room available for customers. Other reviews mention service for European vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz and BMW, alongside the broader needs of Fort Worth drivers. While every vehicle and repair situation is different, these experiences suggest an approach focused on inspecting the problem before moving forward with service.
The setting is suited to people who want to bring in a car during the workweek, wait on-site when appropriate, or stay updated as work progresses. Whether you are due for maintenance, noticing rough driving, or trying to make sense of a recommended repair, EC's Auto Repair offers a local Fort Worth auto repair shop option to consider. Calling ahead or discussing your vehicle's symptoms with the team can help clarify timing, availability, and the next steps for your specific service needs.
Located in Fort Worth, TX 76133, EC's Auto Repair provides a convenient neighborhood resource for drivers seeking maintenance and repair support on Altamesa Boulevard. Its review history reflects many positive experiences with communication, fair pricing, and completed service, while also reminding customers that clear expectations are important for any major automotive work. Sign in to reviewI had a great experience getting my car serviced here. The customer service was great, and the staff kept me informed throughout the entire process with great communication. The service was completed quickly, the pricing was very fair and affordable, and I felt like my vehicle received high quality care.
I am so grateful for EC's auto repair! I came in for routine maintenance on my Mercedes GLA. They were exceptional with communication and I appreciated their transparency. My oil change only took about 30 mins and they have a nice waiting room available for customers. The oil change was very reasonably priced and almost equivalent to the price I was quoted at a generic oil change place. After my oil change they told me how much wear was left on my brake pads and when I should replace them to prevent wear and tear on the rotors which is a more costly replacement. They emailed me a quote that same day for brake replacements and also were able to quote me on windshield wipers that I had asked about. Overall, a wonderfully operated family business with genuine employees and integrity that is often hard to find at auto dealers and repair shops.
I went in for clutch-related issues, and they carefully inspected the system before suggesting replacement. They checked cables, fluid levels, and pedal response first. It turned out that only a partial adjustment was needed, which made shifting gears smooth again without a full replacement.
I needed to take the time and share this! I took my BMW to Sewell BMW of Grapevine for a diagnosis because my car was driving rough. They called me and told me I need a whole new transmission the quote $32,697.99!!! I of course declined and took my car over to EC’s Auto they called me within a two days and told me my car was ready and all I owed was $233! I was completely shocked, I have had my car back for over a week and it’s driving remarkably. Marcus and his team are awesome and I would highly recommend them,
I will not be taking my business here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I spent over $4000 for them to service timing and 3 misfire issues in my 2015 mercedes gls class. After having my car for over 2 weeks and no return calls I find out my car is sitting outside and "ready" when I decided to go up there only to receive my car with about 20 extra joyride miles a/c blowing and my car still had an engine light, misfire and running rough. Was told I needed more work done on the 1 remaining misfire for about $3000. Noticed on the ticket the fuel injectors were replaced on 2 of my cylinder misfires and not the 3!
