Eilene Espina, DMD

I am a new and recent patient of Dr. Espina since mid last year and I'm glad I decided to see her during my trip to California. I am primarily based in the Mid-West. My vacation turned out more worthwhile. I needed A LOT of work done, including full mouth bite rehab, fillings, and cleaning that needed a few appointments to complete, and I was INCREDIBLY HAPPY with her exemplary service and care. Before going to Dr. Espina, I developed a fear of dental work due to a negative (painful) experience with another dentist from years ago. Going to her eliminated that fear because my experience with Dr. E. made me realize that dental work does not have to be unpleasant or painful. I also have an ongoing dental issue that was not clear to me through my routine visits back home until she caught it, explained the diagnosis & treated my condition well. My bite and general dental health have much improved in just a few visits. Dr. E. gave me the utmost care, comfort and attention during my appointments with her. So many thanks to her for the amazing work and looking forward to my next appointments. Her staff also worked with my insurance without any problems 🙂!

I’m very surprised to a 1star review on this page, because Dra. Espina has been a great dentist — not just for me, but for my entire family, including my daughter, parents, cousins, and relatives. She has been my dentist and my dad’s dentist for 14 years. Whenever we’ve had emergency toothaches, she has done her best to accommodate us. If there is ever an emergency on their end, they let patients know ahead of time. In any medical office, occasional wait times can happen, especially when emergencies come in. As a single parent, I’m especially thankful for how flexible she has been with payment plans. That kind of understanding and compassion is rare, and it has helped me tremendously. Regarding insurance, co-pays and coverage depend on the insurance company — not the dentist. Billing can be complicated, and misunderstandings shouldn’t automatically lead to accusations of fraud. I’m very thankful to have met Dr. Espina. My family and I trust her completely and appreciate the care she has provided us for many years.

I was impressed and satisfied by how quickly Dr. Eilene Espina extracted my tooth without pain. I know it will be very difficult but her patience and technique how she’s handling my case was way beyond my expectations. I am very happy and thankful I found Dr. Eilene Espina. I am a new patient to this clinic and I will Highly recommended. Her assistant is very sweet and very helpful too.

Eilene Espina, DMD is the worst dentist i have ever had. Everytime I made an appointment with her, it is another 1 to 2 hours wait at her dental office. She is so old schooled she tried to lie to me by saying i am going to hook you up with some fluoride. I was like every dentist gave me fluoride before what are you talking about ? Then, she told me to switch to better dental insurance. I switched and paying extra 100 dollars every month for my insurance. My co pay was supposed to be 5 dollars. But, she kept charging me 200 Co pay plus charging my insurance. This lady is a fraud please avoid at all cost.

Eilene Espina has been the foundation of the workplace of her practice. Every appointment I am filled with satisfaction after every session and felt as though she and her workers gave 110% of what they know and applied it to my braces. I am forever thankful to have Doctor Espina make my smile wholesome. To the people that haven’t tried out Dr. Espina, are completely missing out on a truly magnificent dentist.
