Had a terrible dental experience with a different dental office. I made an appointment for this dentist and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Super communicative, just a happy place to be. Had music on people smiling saying good morning. I know it sounds crazy, but I didn’t want to leave. 😂 I told them they made my day because they were so kind and thorough and fun. We need more of that in the world. Dr. Patel was phenomenal. Ray, the tech, was phenomenal. Smart people with excellent soft skills. I had two crowns replaced. I will definitely use them for all my cleanings and dental work. Highly recommend. Excellent experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I felt like a real person there. 😂
This place is horrible. When I first got there I thought “ wow this front desk girl is so nice , this is gonna be great “ just to be completely thrown off by the rest of the office. My first time I went to get a quote on getting my wisdom teeth taken out. I waited in the dentist chair for an HOUR with nobody checking on me or telling how much longer I had to wait. Just to be quoted an extreme amount which was 6k. When I told the main doctor I didn’t have the funds to do so and asked if I could schedule to get a regular cleaning done. She denied my cleaning and told me I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out first before getting my cleaning. Once she realized I couldn’t afford my wisdom teeth removal she started treating me completely different and poorly. I even had my orthodontist try to call and work things out. I was given wrong information about my teeth saying I had all these cavities when I didnt. And the lady who did my X-rays was very unpleasant. They don’t see you as a patient here nor care to help in any way, they only see you as a walking bill. I highly recommend Dental Care at Preston and legacy. They actually care about their patients , give correct information, do what they can to help financially and they are nice !

Dr. Chang & Derian were incredible. If I could give them 10 stars I would. X-rays were taken quickly. Everything was smooth and efficient. Dr. Chang was so thorough from start to finish and so gentle. Best chairside manner I've seen and took care of me so well. I am going to be a lifetime patient!
