Elevated Home Care LLC

This was my first time needing home care services for my mom, so I really didn’t know the ins and outs of how the program worked. I was told I would receive a list of home care providers to choose from, but Elevate Home Care was highly recommended to me. I was advised that I could choose any company I wanted, but that Elevate was very good. When I called Elevate, I spoke with a young lady named Karyn, and she was absolutely incredible. I explained what I needed, she asked a few questions, and then took the time to explain exactly how everything worked. Karyn also offered to send me an email outlining the information we had discussed over the phone. I really appreciated this because sometimes it can be difficult to remember everything that is explained during a phone conversation. I received the email immediately and was able to review everything and discuss it with my family. Before the end of the business day, I received a follow-up email from Karyn saying that it was nice speaking with me and letting me know that if I needed any additional assistance, I could contact her directly on her personal cell phone. THIS was the customer service I needed! Karyn walked us through the entire process and answered every single question we had. What impressed me even more was when the PCA we selected had difficulty accessing the forms for digital signing. Karyn simply said, “No problem.” She explained that she had a field day coming up and could stop by the PCA’s home with the necessary paperwork, obtain her signatures, and personally walk her through everything that was required. She also helped get her set up with the clock-in portal and assisted her with setting up the payment portal. This was such a tremendous help because I was out of town taking care of other business and was unable to assist the PCA myself. The PCA is also not very comfortable with computers, so having Karyn willing to personally help her made the entire process so much easier. If you’re looking for a home care company that communicates exceptionally well, explains the process clearly, follows through, and truly goes above and beyond to help its clients and caregivers, I highly recommend Elevate Home Care. Karyn made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and manageable. Her level of customer service, patience, communication, and willingness to help was outstanding. Elevate Home Care is fortunate to have her!

Karyn is simply the best! She was patient with me. She worked with me to make sure I got everything I needed to do done in a timely manner. I appreciate her great customer service and because of her she helped me to not give up when I became overwhelmed and confused. She knows her job well and does her job very well. She was professional in her prompt responses and I appreciate her so much. Company is lucky to have her!
