Elfant Wissahickon Realtors : Spring Arts

We sold our home using Larry and Neil DiFranco as our realtors. They gave us an excellent blend of professionalism and emotional support! We were in the midst of significant downsizing and moving cross country. This meant we were using realtors at opposite ends of the country. Difficult. We totally lucked into having excellent realtors with Larry and Neil as well as our realtor in Nevada. Neil and Larry are a good team. Efficient. Thorough. They helped us prepare well before we put our home on the market. We trusted them totally and they guided us through the entire process, without any sense of push or panic or drama! Our home sold in 3 days and above our asking price. We 100% recommend them, individually or as a team.

Everyone was very helpful and patient, very responsive. Kathy Krebs was amazing! She worked with us for several years and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. She was dependable and made herself available whenever we reached out to her.

Janice Manzi and the EW Team added Value, Speed and Intelligence to the sale of my Home. The Drone Video convinced the Buyers before they arrived at the Open House. We worked together to set a Fair Price .....My architecturally designed home sold in 3 days and I recommend her completely .Thank You All ! Al Wulff

Jen Golden is the best at her job, and we are so lucky we had her to help us through our first time buying a home! She was incredibly detailed and patient, and helped us to find the perfect area and perfect home based on what we were looking for. Cannot recommend her more!! We will definitely be recommending her to all of our friends and plan to work with her in the future if the need arises. Such a smooth process and loved the communication throughout from Elfant Wissahickon.

Working with Charissa Prince-Ferdinand (for the second time!) was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, Charissa guided us through selling our previous home and purchasing our new house in our dream neighborhood, making every step feel as smooth as possible. What sets Charissa apart isn’t just her deep knowledge of the market, strategic approach, or tireless work ethic (though all of that is absolutely true). It’s her heart. She genuinely cared about our goals, our needs, and our family’s future. We always felt heard, supported, and fully informed — never pressured. Charissa went above and beyond: proactively scheduling check-in appointments, helping us move things around our old home so the pictures really showcased the space, and helping us navigate an unusual market to secure our new home in a very competitive space. She treated our journey like it was personal to her — and that made all the difference. Thanks to Charissa, we now live in our dream neighborhood, in a home that truly feels like ours. We’re not just grateful clients — we’re lifelong fans! If you’re looking for someone who combines top-tier professionalism with compassion, integrity, and a truly personal touch, look no further than Charissa Prince-Ferdinand. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
