Elite Lashes & Head Spa - Stone Oak

I want to divide my experience into two parts. **First, the staff and atmosphere:** 🌿 The salon has a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was polite, caring, and professional, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. **Second, the service:** I had facial waxing done. The procedure itself seemed to go well, but immediately afterward my face became very red, so it was difficult for me to tell how my skin looked. Once I got home, I noticed that I had developed some scabs/marks on my face. Unfortunately, I had an important event later that week, so this was very upsetting. I called the salon to explain what happened, and I really appreciated how they handled the situation. They listened to my concerns and refunded the cost of the service without any hassle, which showed that they care about their customers. Based on this experience, I've personally decided that facial waxing is probably not the right option for my skin, regardless of where I have it done. Everyone's skin reacts differently, and mine appears to be too sensitive for this type of treatment. Overall, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff and their willingness to make things right. 🙏

I had such a wonderful experience at elite head spa! Nina did a super relaxing massage all over with great pressure! She made sure to use gentle products on me as i mentioned i had a facial earlier in the day and i wanted to avoid exfoliation to avoid sensitivity. She also showed me how my scalp looked afterwards drying my hair. Super cool to see how healthy my scalp is!

Amazing. I got a gift card for Christmas and I had no idea what to expect. Friendly staff and beautiful facility. It was relaxing and felt amazing. I was surprised that they actually test your scalp and check to see if it's healthy and really take the time to care of it. From start to finish, I had a lovely experience. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Came to Elite Head Spa as a special treat for my daughter’s birthday. Linda gave me The most delicious head, face & neck massage + treatment. The whole experience was so peaceful & joyful. Booking was super easy online & when we arrived we were greeted warmly and had our treatment in the same room together which made it extra special. It ended with our hair being blown dry as our feet got a massage. We were given a hot cup of tea to finish the experience. I would come here once a month just to spoil myself. Loved it 🥰

This was me and my husbands fist time here and we absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back again Vivian did a wonderful job on me and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times. The lady that my husband had was very great as well. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but we loved the hospitality 💖💖
