I have to say I was nervous at first looking for a home as a first time home buyer and the experiences I have had in the past with prior realtors pushing me to certain areas and or price points. Lily helped me find the perfect home and made the process fun. When we first met on the Starbucks in Stone Oak the presentation and explanation of the process was amazing and it really helped me feel comfortable. I write this because spending this amount of money and get a loan for this amount was nerve wrecking and im sure I was not easy to deal with given all the times I changed my mind in the process. I finally got my home in Stone Oak and it's been a dream of mine to live here my living rom has so much natural light and the views here are stunning. I work from home and so working from home has its advantages and living and working from here and these daily views now make my life better at work and at home. I would recommend Elite LivingRealty to anyone looking to purchase a home if your looking for hand holding guidance.

I had a transaction close, the brokerage received the commission, and I spent months trying to get paid what I was owed. Every time I followed up, there seemed to be a different explanation for what happened to the payment or no response. I was told a check was mailed, then there were other explanations, but the reality is that I never received my commission. I gave multiple opportunities to make it right before considering formal complaints. Getting paid shouldn’t require months of follow-up and constant chasing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brokerage to agents or consumers
