I had a horrible experience here with Lynda. I was very excited to get my hair done since it was my bday treat for myself. When I was making the appointment over the phone I had told Lynda that I also had extensions in that needed to be removed and she agreed she could take those out for me. Once I got there she said that she doesn’t remove extensions… odd. As the appointment continues I was very clear about how my hair is very dead and damaged so I wanted to preserve my hairs health as much as possible as I have been working very hard on getting it healthy again. After 6+ hours of her doing my hair, my hair was nothing like I wanted. The first red flag was that my hair was falling out of my head. I pulled on my hair and huge chunk of it came out and she kept saying it’s normal… no it’s not. The second mistake was that I said I wanted a root smudge as my natural hair Is really dark and there was absolutely no root smudge. Instead my roots were an ugly brassy orange that looked nothing like my natural hair. Lastly, I told her and showed her photos of ashy, cool, toned hair and she gave me essentially a yellow blonde. Absolutely nothing like the picture. She also kept making weird remarks about how it’s not her fault it took so long and that I shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment on my birthday, which I find extremely unprofessional. It doesn’t matter what day I make an appointment. This whole experience has shocked me. I paid over $500 in high hopes of having beautiful blonde hair and instead my hair health has been ruined, my hair is completely fried and feels like hay. It’s yellow and orange instead of a cool toned blonde, and sadly I just feel ugly. I’m a college student so $500 was a big deal for me. Moral of the story, do NOT go here. I will never be coming back.

I had such an amazing experience here! I did the keratin treatment with Lynda, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and truly put so much effort and care into my hair. You can really tell how much work and attention she puts into getting the best results possible. I have very curly hair, so the process takes much longer than a typical appointment, but Lydia was so patient and sweet throughout. This is by far the best I’ve felt about my hair afterward a treatment!!
