Eric's Auto

Eric's Auto is an auto repair shop at 5190 Clarkson St in Denver, Colorado, serving drivers who need help with vehicle repairs and related work. For people looking for a local shop in Denver, its location and weekday hours make it a practical option to consider when planning a visit. The business is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Calling ahead to discuss your vehicle and timing is a sensible step, particularly if your repair needs affect when you can leave the car at the shop.

Customer feedback gives a mixed but useful picture of the experience. Eric's Auto has a 4.3-star rating from 35 reviews. Several customers describe friendly, professional service and say they have returned over time for repairs and paint work. One long-term customer says they have used the shop for both repairs and paint jobs and have been satisfied with the work. Others praise the welcoming, family-like treatment and the quality of the work on their vehicles. These comments suggest that customers who value a personal, approachable shop may appreciate the atmosphere described in their reviews.

The services specifically mentioned by customers include vehicle repairs and paint jobs. One reviewer also refers to a transmission installation and a TCC solenoid, though that comment is part of a complaint and should not be taken as a complete service list. If you need a particular repair, it is best to contact Eric's Auto directly, explain the issue, and confirm whether the shop can handle your vehicle and the work requested. Asking about the expected schedule and how updates are shared can also help set clear expectations before leaving your car.

Reviews are not uniformly positive. One customer reports difficulty reaching the shop and says their vehicle remained there for six days without the promised inspection or work being completed by the time they expected. That account contrasts with other customers' descriptions of dependable work and a friendly team. Since experiences and repair timelines can vary, prospective customers may want to confirm the planned start date, estimated completion, and best way to follow up. Clear communication about those details can make it easier to decide whether the shop fits your needs.

Eric's Auto may suit Denver drivers looking for a neighborhood repair shop where customers have praised both repair work and paint services, as well as a personable, welcoming manner. Its weekday schedule offers evening availability until 7:00 p.m., while weekend visits are not available according to the listed hours. The shop is located at 5190 Clarkson St, Denver, CO 80216. For the most useful first conversation, describe your vehicle, the symptoms or service you need, and your timing, then confirm availability and next steps directly with the business.
