When we were looking for a house our son was around 12 months old which means that sometimes we had to cancel last minute or we would arrive late. That was not a problem for Ernest because he understood our situation and he was flexible. Also, he would always give us his de sincere opinion and would never push us to do anything we didn’t want to do like other agents do. We were very lucky to have found Ernest.
Best Realtor Ever! We used Ernest to sell and purchase a home in July and November and I am so glad we did! My fiance, sister and I purchased a duplex in Alameda and I can't believe we actually own it now! In October I saw the listing, sent it to Ernest immediately. As soon as we walked in, I told Ernest I want the house. We are a fairly young group with not a huge income, but we were able to get our offer accepted. We went up against cash offers with no contingencies, and we were not. With a lot of great negotiating and hard work from Ernest we are now proud Alamedians. Thank you for all your help!
