My wife and I are new patients. Doctor Olutu was extremely knowledgeable. Able to clearly hear ALL of our concerns and issues. He had clear and precise questions, answers, and solutions. We never expected to find someone we could actually communicate with and receive actual results. We are ecstatic.

Dr. Olotu has been our family doctor for going on 3 years now, though it feels like we’ve known him much longer. My family is unconventional, but he’s always treated us with complete respect. I feel heard at every visit and he talks to us like adults and explains his recommendations very clearly. He hires fantastic NPs and really guides them with his own experience so even when we see one of them I still feel that we are in good hands.

I am really wondering how can this clinic managed to get such high reviews because my experience is totally the opposite. 1. Even though me & my husband's visit was annual preventative check up (should be 100% coverage), the phlebotomist technician who works in this clinic still asked us credit cards right before she draw our blood and urine test for the lab which is unheard of. Although we refused to give out our credit cards, we still got bills from Quest imaging. I called to my insurance company to clarify for those unfair bills. They explained I received those bills from the Quest Diagnostic lab because this clinic entered some codes for the claims to get us charged. 2. This clinic clearly & obviously has my current insurance information, but for some reason, they billed to one of my old previous insurance company that I even forgot about... so I got billed $647 claims from them. 3. This office don't answer calls. Couple of times I actually went to the clinic in person because they are less than 5 min away from my residence - seemed easier to go in person than left message and wait for the resolutions. Whenever I go there, the office is so empty (always no patients and spooky quiet), wondering why they are not answering the phone calls. 4. After the initial visit, I needed some extra assistance from the clinic to schedule mammogram and Pap smear (because my insurance is not good and I had trouble to find specialists nearby). During the process, one of the staff lied to me that she couldn't help me because she called to my insurance company but they were closed at that time. It was around 10 am Friday and it just didn't make sense that national scale insurance company closed on Friday morning. So I called my insurance company, and sure enough they were operating. The Dr. knew all about this because during the follow up phone call, another office staff told me that he is listening the conversation from his phone line (which I thought was pretty creepy) but he didn't do anything but simply ignoring his lying staff and patient's need.

Excellent caring doctor and staff. Ensure you everything has been done and will be done to resolve any issues you may have. FR My first time visit, address any issues. Excellent listen to details you can feel everything is going to be alright under his care and staff. JR If I could give more than a 5 rating I would. You can tell he was born to be a doctor to give people hope. When you leave you not only have Faith you leave with hope. His staff make you feel the same way. Dr
