Here’s my honest review as a regular guy with a 2013 Audi A5 who came in to get my radiator fan replaced so my AC would finally work again. Labor here is definitely on the higher side at $189/hr, and they use OEM‑sourced parts, so you’re paying a premium. I do wish they offered aftermarket options for people who prefer them. Pricing overall feels just under dealership level. They also have some limitations with online payments — certain methods aren’t accepted and there are minimum amounts. You’ll likely need to use a physical card. From what I understand, they’ve been burned before, so I get why the policy exists. They do offer in‑house financing options, though, which helps. I was quoted a significantly lower price at another shop, but that quote came after I had already agreed to service here. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Moose was extremely accommodating — even covered my Uber rides to and from home — and worked hard to get me whatever discounts he could. The quality of the work was also solid. I checked the installation myself, and the techs here clearly know what they’re doing. Overall: great shop, higher pricing, limited online payment flexibility, but excellent workmanship and truly top‑tier customer service.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Euro Auto Repair. They made a very traumatic situation seem like a breeze! From the towing of my car from my home to their shop to the day it was ready for pick-up, Leslie and the team were professional and efficient! Their price for repair was lower than the dealership and other shops in the area. I will continue to use Euro Auto Repairs for all work on my Mercedes! Awesome service at Euro! Leslie and the entire team are knowledgeable, attentive, and hospitable. The facility is clean and extremely well kept. And their prices cannot be beaten. I’ve found my new auto repair home.

Great service. Took my SQ5 in for an oil change and everything was great. Mark is super friendly and makes sure you’re satisfied with the service. Later, I noticed oil on the pavement under the car after taking it home and not driving it. In the past I had issues with the crush washer that leaked, so decided to bring it back to have them check it out. I called and Mark said to bring it in and they would prioritize it. Once they got it in the air, there was oil on the plug but it was inconclusive whether it was oil that splashed up from the skid plate or if it was actually leaking. They changed my oil, cleaned the skid plate, and put in a steel washer so shouldn’t have any further issues. Also a nice place to hang out and get work done with many outlets. Will be back
