I was referred here by a coworker to fix my Mercedes. I was going to take it to Mercedes of Plano but their estimate was extremely expensive. So I decided to take it to Euro-connection for a second opinion. BEST DECISION EVER! I will only take my car here from now on. They are honest, very knowledgeable and always finish my car in a timely manner. I take it there for regular maintenance as well. Highly recommend you take your European car here!

Very disappointed with their customer service and their service to my mom Marain Hayes after my step dad passed away. I was instrumental in assisting My Mom and step-Dad to getting his benz to and away from this place after they finished working on it. After my Step dad passed away. Neno gave us his regards concerning my step dad. We thought he would be consistent with his service with us as we would have been to his business, believing this is my step dad wishes. Come to find out someone was driving the gas out the car before we would come pick it up. We have a toll tag to prove it. There was a scratch on the car no one was accounted for. He kept jacking up the prices on my mom.... I call on the behave of my mom trying to clarify the situation. He kept throughing up no one never complained about his business. So I told my mom don't go back. If you do take your vehicle there and leave it I advise you to take pics of your vehicle with the dates on it or record it. Do your gas hand the same way.

So disappointed. I really trusted Nino. He said he could fix my truck and I believed him. Left my range rover with him for over two years because he kept telling me he needed to wait to get a title because my vehicle was older. Went to go check on my vehicle every so many months and every time things were stolen off my truck. They stole my license plates and ran up a toll bill over $300.00. My truck wasn't protected and it was never fixed. I had to have AAA to take it from there because he told me he had to many vehicles on his lot. I was so hurt by the dishonesty and all the money I put into my range rover for this to happen.

I got a flat in my rental car on the highway. Pulled off, realized I had no jack. Managed to get here, in and out in a few minutes despite 100F weather the owner and one other helped me with getting back on the road. Refused payment. Very gracious and although I hope not to ever have to use this same service but would highly recommend to anyone who needs regular maintenance.
