I needed to get an 80K service done on my not-so-new Audi Q7. Previously, I used the official Audi service in Bellevue, which was convenient but expensive. I called many companies in the area, and EuroCar Service gave me the best estimate. I ended up having to drive from Issaquah to Seattle to get the service done, but it was worth it. What I liked was that when the front desk person found out I was planning to stay nearby, he prioritized my car. They called me just a few hours later, and I picked up the car much earlier than expected. They gave me a detailed printout of the service provided, along with recommendations for what else should be done. The price was very reasonable and stayed within the estimate they gave me over the phone, which was really nice. I’m going to come back here and continue having my car serviced by EuroCar Service.
I have had my 2000 VW Eurovan serviced by the mechanics at Eurocar Service since 2019. They have been performing the annual oil change and multi-point inspection and also taking care of issues that arise when the check-engine light comes one, and making other engine and under-carriage repairs and maintenance, as needed. One time, when a part was not source-able, they were able to fabricate the needed part for me. The mechanics are ASE and Emissions Certified, and have always provided me with thorough and honest diagnostics. And the Service Managers - Wade and Irish - are always pleasant and willing to explain in layman's terms what any current issues are that need to be addressed.

Very experienced and friendly! We took our old Mercedes over there and they did a bumper-to-bumper inspection, letting us know what it would take to make it safe and roadworthy. They checked in with us every step of the way and updated us to the progress and the cost, I will definitely be taking our car back. Irish and Wade and the whole team are amazing.
