From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. John immediately took a look at my car, diagnosed the issue, and topped up the coolant. He even went above and beyond by replacing the battery in my key fob. The full repair for the cooling system was covered under warranty at another service station, otherwise, I would have left my car with them without a second thought. John made sure the car was safe for me to continue my drive back to San Diego, and when I tried to pay, he wouldn't take a dime. It's rare to find a shop that operates with such a high level of trust, honesty, and integrity. John and the team at European Auto Care truly care about helping people, not just making a quick buck. Best mechanic is Rancho Bernardo. George and his team will be the only shop I recommend moving forward. Fast response times and quality service. I brought my 2005 C230K Mercedes to George on 5/20/25. Mercedes wanted to charge me $3,073.85 for a new AC compressor and $1,700.00 for a transmission parking pilot bushing leak. George was able to complete both jobs within a day after receiving the parts and for a fraction of the price. For both parts and labor I paid $2,769.79. Thank you everyone at European Auto Care!

I highly recommend this Bussiness, not only George was very honest, the friendliness of the team members under George leadership makes custumer have peace of mind. In an industry where people specially women are taken advantage off, European auto care is definitely not. This is my new go to when auto needs raise.
