I had a brief but very pleasant experience at Rocco’s European Garage. My tire pressure was significantly low, so I stopped by to see if someone could assist with adding air. Minx was extremely helpful and happy to help. Although my visit was short, the customer service alone left a great impression, and I would definitely recommend them.

Steve is the best; super helpful and honest pricing. Service was quick and well done. The price actually ended up being lower than what was originally quoted which was great. I’ll be bringing my car back for all future repairs and maintenance.

It has been a while since I have used Steve's services, only because I bought a CPO that was warrantied until recently. Of course, a few months out of warranty and it looks like I will be most likely using European Automotive again. A German car with 50k+ miles is always breaking... especially if its a BMW with forced induction. I have tried to send friends to him with non-European cars and he would not work on them. I am ok with that. This shop specializes in European only and is able to provide deep expertise and focused resources into Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc. I was a licensed auto dealer/broker pre-COVID and did (still do) most repairs myself. For the things that require those annoying model specific tools that I cannot afford or do not want to spend $$$ for a one time job, or repairs that push the limits of my time and ability, I went to Steve. He always got things right the first time, because he is a great diagnostician and mechanic, and off the bat I could tell he was an honest and geniunely decent person. Those qualities are foundational to me and harder to find these days. I have been to a number of other local shops with good reviews, but Steve's shop was a notch above the rest. My issue was the other shops had highly inflated prices, straight up lied to me, could not do the repair in a reasonable amount of time, wanted to sell me things I did not need, and/or had mechanics who really did not care, but I got the exact opposite at European Automotive. Being in the business and knowing cars made it easier to see through, but there are many people who do not have that knowledge or experience and get taken advantage of. Just go to Steve for a second opinion and compare. One of the things that impressed me the most was Steve's willingness to let me bring in used parts that were in good condition instead of paying the stealership prices. I just paid the standard labor costs. He did not warranty his work when I did this, but I would not expect him to. Good luck finding another shop that is willing to do that. They mark up the cost and profit off the parts. From what I remember he is a one, maybe two man show, so the only downside was that repairs may take longer than you may find at larger shops. That is a price I am willing to pay for honesty, quality, and customer service.

I have used this shop a couple of times. Steve is not just a good technician, but a very nice guy with a great personality. He is very professional in what he does. When you take your car there, you know the car will be in good hand. …

First time customer, opted to have a MB 09 E350 and 94 E320 service by the owner, Steve. Poor 1st Impression and the worse lasting impression. His mechanical capabilities possibly are proficient. However, ability to commmunicate responsively, respectful and exceed expectations were non-existent. Will not seek this shop for future car respairs or service. Nor will I refer this shop to others.
