I took my car to BMW for an oil change (because I still had a maintenance plan). While there, they told me I needed to replace my brakes. I had heard some brake noise previously, but I have ceramic brakes (so thought nothing of it since my miles were still low for needing brakes). The quote they gave me was very high. I went to Phil (European Cars Limited) to get a second option. After a full inspection, it was determined that I wasn’t even close to needing new brakes (as BMW stated). Phil and his team are always straight shooters. They won’t perform/recommend unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. If a repair is needed, they’ll come in well below the dealership quote (while still using OEM parts).
